Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Satış Pilot (hereinafter "Platform") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data.
The Platform is developed and operated by candavarci.com.tr.
Data We Collect
The following personal data may be collected when you use the Platform:
- Identity Information: Name, surname, email address
- Contact Information: Phone number
- Company Information: Company name, title
- Payment Information: Payment data processed through Stripe (credit card information is not stored directly by the Platform)
- Usage Data: Session information, browser type, IP address, page view data
- Customer Data: Customer information you enter into the CRM (name, email, phone, notes, tags)
How We Use Your Data
Collected data is used for the following purposes:
- Providing and managing Platform services
- Creating and verifying user accounts
- Processing subscription and payment transactions
- Providing customer relationship management (CRM) services
- Monitoring and improving Platform performance
- Communicating with users (notifications, updates)
- Fulfilling legal obligations
Data Storage and Security
- Data is stored on secure servers within the Supabase infrastructure
- All data communications are protected with SSL/TLS encryption
- Payment transactions are processed through PCI DSS compliant Stripe infrastructure
- Row Level Security (RLS) policies isolate data between tenants
- Each user can only access data belonging to their own company
Third-Party Services
The Platform uses the following third-party services:
- Supabase: Database and authentication
- Stripe: Payment processing
- Google Analytics 4: Usage statistics
- Resend: Transactional email delivery
- Vercel: Hosting and deployment
- Sentry: Error tracking and reporting
These service providers are subject to their own privacy policies.
Cookies
The Platform uses cookies for session management and analytics purposes:
- Essential Cookies: Required for session management and authentication
- Analytics Cookies: Used for collecting usage statistics through Google Analytics 4
User Rights
Users have the following rights:
- Request access to their personal data
- Request correction of their personal data
- Request deletion of their personal data (account deletion)
- Object to data processing
- Request data portability

Account Deletion
Users can permanently delete their accounts from Settings > Profile. When an account is deleted, all personal data and company CRM data are permanently removed.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
