Introduction

These Terms of Service set out the conditions for using the Satış Pilot platform ("Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to these terms.

The Platform is developed and operated by candavarci.com.tr.

Service Description

Satış Pilot is a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform for businesses. Services include:

• Customer management and tracking
• Sales activity logging and reporting
• Team management and performance monitoring
• Goal setting and commission calculation
• Reporting and analytics
• Bulk data import via CSV

Account Creation and Security

• You must provide accurate and current information during registration
• You are responsible for your account security
• You must not share your password with others
• If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately

Subscription and Payment

• The Platform offers a free trial period (14 days) and paid subscription plans
• Payment transactions are securely processed through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period
• Refund policy: No refunds are provided for the current billing period

Usage Rules

When using the Platform, you must:

• Not use it for illegal purposes
• Avoid actions that would disrupt service for other users
• Avoid actions that would compromise Platform security
• Not send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Not attempt reverse engineering or source code extraction

Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights of the Platform belong to candavarci.com.tr
• You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Platform
• The Platform grants you a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive usage license

Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided "as is"
• No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service is made
• The Platform is not liable for indirect or incidental damages
• Platform liability is limited to the total subscription fees paid in the last 12 months

Service Changes

• The Platform reserves the right to modify features without prior notice
• Significant changes will be communicated via email
• Price changes take effect in the next billing period

Account Termination

• Accounts that violate the terms of service may be suspended or terminated
• Users can delete their accounts at any time
• When an account is deleted, all data is permanently removed

Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Turkish courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
